Charming and comfortable apartment in the heart of Paris

Nice studio in a typical building of old Paris.

Large studio of 25 m², on the 4th floor, (without elevator) on the courtyard.

It is calm and clear but without direct light.

Arrangement: entrance, American kitchen, lounge area with sofa bed for sleeping. Independent bathroom (shower, washbasin). Alcove bedroom, with comfortable double sofa bed.

Internet: You get an internet connection only by cable, free and unlimited.

ORGANIZATION: The studio has a small entrance to put all your luggage with a small desk to put your computer and to be connected to the internet by cable, a toilet, an American kitchen, a bathroom independent (shower) and then of the main room with table, high stools, and a sitting area.

A large wardrobe allows storing all the clothes.

It is heated with 2 electric heaters.

SLEEPING: There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the bedroom. A baby cot can also be provided free of charge.

SAFETY: door secured by angles with a central lock 3 points.

The 3 windows are equipped with a recent double glazing (6 months) on courtyard;

THE SURROUNDINGS:
